Cast lead-cristal
The key, memento of the ultimate home : the family home. A landmark and a place for both inwardness and sharing. This space, lived and memorized, is presented in its most elementary shape, which grants or denies access to it.
This key no longer opens a door. It has been cast from the key of the rallying point where, for more than 15 years, my family gathered despite its dispersion, at the number 11 of rue Chalopin in Lyon. It has been the longest stop of our modern nomadism. Today, this halt doesn’t exist anymore.

La clef, relique du foyer par excellence: la maison parentale. À la fois point de repère, lieu d’intériorité et de partage.
Cet espace vécu et mémorisé est résumé à sa forme la plus élémentaire, celle qui en autorise ou en verrouille l’accès.
Cette clef, qui n’ouvre plus aucune porte, est un moulage d’après la clef du 11, rue Chalopin à Lyon. Pendant plus de dix ans, elle a été le point de ralliement de ma famille, pourtant dispersée. Ce fut l’arrêt le plus long de notre nomadisme moderne, Aujourd’hui, cette halte n’existe plus.
